Pretty good fit for a 48 " rider but doesn't leave much room to grow. Decent for the price but will probably only support one child

I bought this bike for my 5 year old son who is just over 4ft tall. it suits him well, but there is not much room to grow. If I did it again I would probably choose an 18 inch bike. It's good quality, but it makes a creaking noise when driving, I think I just need to lubricate something. We didn't use training wheels, but they seem pretty solid. The main tires are an odd combination of rubber and plastic that doesn't seem to last long, but time will tell.
