🚲 Magna Kids Bike Boys 16 Inch Wheels: Training Wheels, Yellow/Green/Red, Ages 4 & Up Review

I bought this bike for my 5 year old son who is just over 4ft tall. it suits him well, but there is not much room to grow. If I did it again I would probably choose an 18 inch bike. It's good quality, but it makes a creaking noise when driving, I think I just need to lubricate something. We didn't use training wheels, but they seem pretty solid. The main tires are an odd combination of rubber and plastic that doesn't seem to last long, but time will tell.

The right pedal came loose and fell off. First my husband had to re-drill some holes because the screws didn't fit. Secondly, although the bike has an adjustable seat, the handlebar height is not adjustable! If you know how to adjust wheel bearings and steering column, do it. Otherwise, you can stick to your local store. I was very surprised how dressed all the camps were upon arrival. If not adjusted, the increased pressure will lead to premature bearing and race wear. And for the little man learning to ride, all that resistance adds up to extra effort.
