Fins/snorkel were fine but the mask kept leaking so I...

I bought this gear a month before my trip to Hawaii and was dying to use it! The fins/snorkels were fine but the mask kept leaking so I couldn't even use it. Most of the reviews were raving about this product so I thought I'd buy a hard mask but that doesn't seem to be the case. I will never buy from this brand again. In addition, it could not be found where the buyer can be contacted to inform him. Very disappointed.
