Love these straps. I use one for my masks and one for my ID. The silver came with a reverse clasp so it didn't work. My husband had to disassemble and reassemble it for work. I will say that this is a better mask cord than an ID card. I ended up switching to a longer strap for my ID as I have to put it on and take it off multiple times throughout the day. I still like it a lot for the mask. If you're having trouble figuring out how to attach it, wrap the included plastic eight around the ear strap, then attach a clasp through both loops. I recommend going to a hobby/jewelry store and getting a larger clasp or loop to make changing easier.
