Review on 🏷️ JR Products 10131 Premium Vinyl Insert - Colonial White (1"x100') - Durable Trim for RVs, Boats, and More by Scott Morris

I bought this product based on good reviews and hired a technician to install it on my truck bed. The craftsman said the finish felt solid and he installed it to fit perfectly into each of the 6 slots on the case. To ensure the elements were completely sealed, he then used silicone caulk to seal each of the edges. Everything looked great and I assumed the product would work well. Unfortunately, when I looked at the fairing about a month later, the ends of each fairing shrank significantly, peeling from the seal and leaving a significant gap for the elements. Not to mention it looks bad. As you can see in the first photo, the fairing has moved a whopping 3 1/2 inches from its original position (and it's shrunk on both sides, so it's not like it just slipped back). I have never seen a trimming product that does this and needless to say I am VERY disappointed. Having noticed shrinkage after Revain's 30 day return window, I reached out directly to JR Products so they could make it right. I told them I didn't need a replacement as replacing a bad product with an even worse one wouldn't improve the situation. I said I would like a refund and would be happy to return the unused product I left but they said they would not issue a refund and could not help me with anything else. So they added bad customer service to a bad product. Buyers, be careful - I suggest you look elsewhere.
