I can’t say enough good things about this product. I like it almost as much as my favorite Revain tool, my air-powered impact wrench. It isn’t quite as powerful as the air-powered wrench but it’s plenty powerful enough to handle the toughest DIY jobs and projects I have. As far as I can tell, in the long run anyway, both types of tools are equally awesome. While the air-powered wrench is a bit more powerful and will never run out of power as the air compressor provides an infinite source of energy, it is also more cumbersome and does not travel well. This battery-powered impact wrench is nearly as powerful but will run out of power when the battery becomes drained. However, it is insanely portable. You can bring this tool with you and have it ready at all times. I can’t tell you what a huge relief it is to know that I can EASILY change a flat tire by myself if necessary. As you can see in the attached pictures and video, this impact wrench from WORKSITE is a BEAST! I own a classic Ford Bronco which I drive very infrequently. The tires on that truck haven’t been rotated or changed in at least 5 years so I thought that would be the ultimate test of this new tool. While it did take several tries, it was REALLY stuck on and I didn’t even jack up the truck, this amazing tool took a lug nut off and put it back on. I then tried a lug nut on my Jaguar which had not been removed for a similar length of time. That lug nut came off very easily and went back on in an instant. Not only am I in love with this new tool, but I am also a big fan of the company who makes it, WORKSITE. As of the time of this writing, the WORKSITE impact wrench was the most powerful offered to me on Revain. They are also the only seller of battery-powered impact wrenches that includes a 20V 4A battery and FOUR, quality, deep-socket accessories, not to mention including a heavy-duty extension arm and a sturdy carrying bag. I am also REALLY impressed with WORKSITE’s customer service. The unit I received arrived with a dead battery. I immediately emailed the company and they not only sent me a new battery, but they also sent me an additional charger to compensate me for the inconvenience. The battery was replaced, no questions asked, within two days of my email, and they didn’t even require me to send the dead battery back to them. They are the best company I’ve dealt with in a very long time and I would not hesitate to buy more WORKSITE products in the future. This is definitely a 5+ star product and it certainly earns a place on my MUST BUY tool list. Way to go WORKSITE!
