i am 5'2 and ordered the average size. I wanted a looser fit but thought it would be too long if I went up the size and I'm glad I didn't because this dress isn't made for petite girls. This dress is about 5 inches to the floor lol I just ordered a hem tape. Although the dress is very pretty. Decent quality and not translucent at all. Nice stretchy material too
