I have a 2017 Ram 1500. All owners know or will know that the canbus system is very demanding. I've tried all sorts of sheaths, resistors, and wire harnesses to no avail. I came across the alph obd app and bought an obd reader that you plug into your car. This prompted the owner of the ram to turn on those headlights. The lights came on instantly, it took me 10 seconds to adjust them to a good sharpness. I have a light blue 6500k which is very bright and clean. I'd say they're almost as bright as halogens, maybe a bit brighter, but the quality of the light and the way it illuminates the road is a definite win. Appears to be very well made, easy to install, just unscrew the ring, insert the ring into the mounting hole, put the springs on the bracket, then insert the lamp and rotate until the beam is focused.
