I whitened my teeth with Zoom Whitening almost 2 years ago and have been using this whitening toothpaste ever since to maintain the whiteness that I achieved with Zoom Whitening. I can't say what that would have done to your teeth if you hadn't had them professionally whitened first, but from a maintenance standpoint this toothpaste does the job well. My teeth are as white today as they were a few days after my professional teeth whitening. Flavor could be better and it takes a few brushings to get used to (or maybe I'm just a big minty wimp) but otherwise no complaints. .
