Although it was my first time using cat eye polish and magnets, I thought i’d get the hang of it pretty quickly because I had already watched many tutorials. That was not the case and it took a lot more practice with the magnets than expected to get my nails to look the way I wanted. Another thought I had was that one coat seemed too sheer. What works for me is if I apply about 3-4 coats while using the magnet the same way for each coat. This makes the color more vibrant and the cat eye effect more dramatic. ALSO, i noticed that if you take too much time using the magnet, the cat eye effect slowly disappears. In that case, I just wipe it off and start that coat over. Other than that, I really like the colors and would definitely repurchase this in the future.
