Works for Gmail login (very easy setup - thanks to Thetis and Google), but Windows 10 only allows you to save and use the key in an online Windows account. Windows doesn't make things easy. It took me 4 hours to figure out how to make key the default option for an online account in windows. There is a myth that if you set up an online account with your security key, you can use it to subsequently log into your local Windows on your computer. (*Edited when I got more information about Windows 10*) This is incorrect. Local Windows is not an application. Windows Online is an app, so the key will only work with Windows 10 Online. Just to set up the key as the default option for Windows Online sign-in, you must first use the Windows 2FA phone app and then ultimately allow yourself to do so do The security key is an option in the default settings, but ONLY when you log into Windows online. I only gave it a 4 because it was difficult to figure out how to get the default settings to work. Thetis' lack of documentation was disappointing but not surprising as Yubikey is Microsoft's recommended key. By the way, Yubikey and even Windows Hello can't login to local Windows, so I think Thetis Key was the best option in the end.
