Review on Wireless Bluetooth Earphones Headphones Waterproof Headphones and Earbud Headphones by Keerthi Forrest

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fantastic headphones for the price with several thoughtful features

I bought these headphones as a disposable set to use when traveling in addition to my much more expensive Sennheiser IE80. Sennheiser for $400. 1) They have a simple digital battery level indicator. Why can't big brands give me this? 2) Bluetooth connection is reliable and never drops even over long distances (20+ feet). My $400 Sennheisers can't do that. 3) These headphones can't beat the 400€ IEM in terms of sound, but they're not bad either, I would classify them as comparable to a similar Sony sound profile with more pronounced bass. If you've never heard very expensive custom in-ear headphones, you won't even feel the difference. They definitely sound no worse than a kit that is many times more expensive. 4) Surprisingly comfortable. Several replacement silicone tips are included. I have used the one provided and have been happy so far. Noise isolation is excellent, the shape fits snugly in my ears and stays in place. 5) Battery life is surprisingly good for such small, lightweight headphones. I get 6 to 8 hours on a single charge, but your mileage will depend on volume and external factors. However, the battery has weight and they are light enough to be comfortable. 6) I like the charging dock that comes with it, it shows the charge level, but they are also magnetic and the earbuds fit well and make a strong contact on their own. . Even if you leave them in your pocket and they move, they will still charge when you take them out. I have earbuds that also don't attach and I was disappointed that they died on me thinking they were charging all the time. 7) I waited a few weeks to write this review instead of rushing it. Because I wanted to see how they hold up. Most earbuds in this price range have tiny imperfections in shape or edge adhesion issues, and they begin to fall apart after heavy use. I threw them on the floor at the gym, my girlfriend sat on them and I dropped them on my Acasia desktop a few times, why not? They didn't fall apart, they're holding up well. I think they will last a while until the battery fails from repeated charging which I reckon is 400-500 charge cycles (lipo battery) and should last a few years even if I use them every day. 8) I like the microphone, it didn't pick up the sounds of the surroundings and the dialogue was clear, I spoke to my father when I was riding a motorcycle in it. I was wearing a helmet, he said he could barely hear the engine and only the occasional wind. It's not a studio quality mic, but it's great for hands-free calls. 9) I really like the dark translucent body. I wish my Sennheisers came with something like that. I can see them charging without opening the case and I love it. 10) Headphones that come close to these in this price range are the 1 More Piston fittings which I also have. I just love how they sound compared to 1More. Although I prefer neckband headphones as I sometimes lose my headphones. So are they perfect? No, not exactly, but you're getting a solid deal even at twice the price. Manufacturers, if you're listening, here are a few things I'd like to see 1) Large battery base, something that can also charge my phone. 2) If #1 is not possible, please give me a small solar panel on the box so I can charge it with ambient light. Bluetooth is pretty low power, I know it's entirely possible. So I don't have to carry a charging cable with me. 3) The LEDs are too bright, it's not early 90's anymore, we don't use those bright LEDs on the headphones. All in all highly recommended. If you're in the market for one, get this.
