This asapter has a vertical blanking timing issue coming from standard arcade game PCBs which output a combined timing of the standard 15kHz horizontal and 57-60 vertical. The clock signal on the connected oscilloscope looks perfect and stable, but the picture at the output of the converter jumps vertically. The problem may be related to the level of the sync signal, but the adapter board has no adjustments to match the adapter's V-sync signal with two arcade games, which is a serious disadvantage. The board should work out of the box with the arcade as advertised, but it doesn't. Connecting a special arcade CRT monitor to both game boards shows a perfect picture, proving that the adapter is not designed to work with arcade game boards, it is simply defective.
