Overall, the sidekick works as promised. It sticks really well to my desk and the grip worked without much resistance. It's even smaller than I expected and will hold up well. Everything was in the box, postage and stamps in good condition. But if you expect originality then I would like to warn you that the box I had was quite dirty and a little chipped. And the plates came quite worn but obviously not used before otherwise we would have seen crystal imprints. However, a strange impression is left on the embossing pad. It appears to be the top of a stamp or a butterfly stamp. This is beyond weird.
