I'm studying watercolor and needed a notebook that would allow me to practice strokes and color swatches and try out watercolor sketches without feeling guilty about using expensive paper. After reading and looking at many reviews I decided to give this one a try because the price was right, the size was great (9" x 12") and the paper is 100% cold pressed cotton. I only have a few pages, but so far I like this paper. Thick with little texture, I even managed to use both sides of the page after letting one dry. It will take time to work through 32 sheets but I will definitely buy again.
