Wrongly connected: diagnostic, testing and measuring tools
Received the first one, didn't turn on any of my scanners, noticed that there was no power at the end of the obd2 connector. Got the exchange and saw it hooked up the same way, disassembled the end of the German plug and reconnected as per the HD wiring diagrams, now it works fine.
