Poor handling of bags and wallets
I was in love with this bag until I got it. The wallet ball came loose as soon as I touched it. The bag had all sorts of dents and creases, which indicates improper storage. This bag isn't that strong and if there is a support available to keep the bag from bending and folding then I need it...if bought from a store it would look like this on display I doubt.
