I bought this as a birthday present for my girlfriend and when she unboxed it the straps were missing. I was disappointed because that's exactly why I ordered it.

Love this bag, durable and fashionable! The only problem is that there aren't enough rings to attach the shoulder strap!

The only thing I can complain about is that the zipper gets stuck every now and then. Also, the long adjustable strap feels weird when I put it on. The wallet swings from side to side along with the strap and doesn't stay in one place. In addition, the bag is spacious inside and looks very cute.

Look, I'm not even going to text you. I rarely write reviews, but I had to come back for that. You simply won't regret this purchase. If you are looking for a cute little chic handbag to elevate your look and be the center of attention then this is the one for you. hands down Happy to wear. I love my bag it's cute the little puffball is adorable it's sturdy everything I love are two different Internal compartments on the back and I can fit a few things in because Jesus I'm one of them in everything except the kitchen sink like a girls handbag 😂😂😂

I was in love with this bag until I got it. The wallet ball came loose as soon as I touched it. The bag had all sorts of dents and creases, which indicates improper storage. This bag isn't that strong and if there is a support available to keep the bag from bending and folding then I need it...if bought from a store it would look like this on display I doubt.
