I'm a fairly experienced coffee grinder user. I bought this HPT from Bosch and Metabo at a similar price for comparison. I have better cars, but I wanted something cheap and mean that I could throw around and get dirty without too much worry. Both shipped right to my door for just $40 each - both made in China. Both offer excellent value for money and good value for money. The Metabo HPT feels heavier and vibrates a bit more than the Bosch. Bosch has simpler protection settings. The gear area of each of these engines gets very hot during operation - this could be due to a lack of lubrication (or poor lubrication) - or it could be a normal design feature (they run really fast). The Metabo HPT comes with a plastic case and 5 discs, so you really get a coffee grinder for around $30 with shipping. Metabo HPT has a longer guarantee. A full-time user will likely need something with a larger motor every day, but a self-employed user will serve both well. Overall, you will be satisfied with one or both!
