Bought for my elderly mother who has poor eyesight. I thought this phone would be great because of the large number. Since she is 97 years old, she needed help installing it. After a few days, the numbers on the keyboard started to fade. I contacted the company who said to return the phone. I explained that my mother would have to ask someone to help her uninstall the phone, after that she wouldn't have a phone to use and that person would also have to take it to the carrier. Sent a photo to the company to show them the problem. Instead of stressing my mother out by sending the phone back, not to mention the risk of her not having the phone, I asked for a partial refund. The company refused. Bad product. Bad customer service. They are targeting older people with a product that doesn't work well. My mother wrote numbers on the keyboard with a marker. Not what I really wanted for a fairly expensive phone
