I just installed my cameras so I can't comment on their overall performance. Initializing the cameras was fairly easy, although the QR code wasn't immediately recognizable, but everything was fine after a factory reset. Alternatively, you can also buy directly from the Arlo website. I wasn't aware until I bought them that Arlo offers 1 year theft protection for your cameras unless you buy them through a third party like Revain. That thought would be worth it to me. I was surprised by the mounting hardware that came with it. I was expecting to find 3 small magnetic mounts that attach to the wall with just one screw and to the camera with a magnet. I didn't think it sounded very secure so I ordered 3 Arlo rotating screw mounts. Turns out there was already 1 smaller swivel screw mount included in the camera packaging so I'm returning one of the ones I bought.
