It was perfect for my needs during lockdown - it wasn't for a big public event or wedding. It is made of thin material, which makes the tires clearly visible. Since the lining and existing/attached petticoat of the dress were not wide enough to wear, you could see the hoops very clearly. If you have other things on top of that, that's no problem. I'm 28 in the waist and only 4ft 10" and it was very comfortable, I have a hard time imagining a taller person or someone with a wide waist would find this to suit their needs as for me it was floor length.
