I've been wearing the Wave Rider for many years and recently I've had more "pain" when running (general pain in my knees and ankles) and when running uphill. I looked at many websites and took the plunge and bought them without trying them on at a running store. They arrived quickly (excellent) and felt like an amazing, durable, supportive glove. I wore them for my first run yesterday and I had no pain. They felt light, supportive and absorbed the shock of my undulating concrete runs. I'm so glad I bought these shoes. I usually wear a size 6.5 or 7 and at Wave Riders I wear a size 7.5 all the time. I ordered 7.5 of these and they were perfect.
