The price is much better than at the dealer.

Bought together with another one that comes with the programmer. The other didn't last as long as this one, so I programmed both and kept the other one as a backup. $80 for both, compare that to buying it and taking it to the dealer to have it programmed, anywhere from $100 to $150 each!
