Review on 🪟 Upgrade Your Window Decor with Umbra Coretto 1/2-Inch Tension Drapery Rod in Nickel - 24 to 36-Inch Range by Robert Aiono

1) I couldn't figure out why the "tension" part of this rod wasn't working until I realized I was only sent halfway the rod! The "outer" part was supplied but the "inner" shaft (which fits inside the outer shaft) was missing. 2) I tried removing/unscrewing one end of the rod (before realizing it was a defect; see #1 above) to attach the curtain hook and then couldn't reattach the connector. There was no catch, and it didn't even seem to hang from the nut of the screw, so I'm wondering if it was ever fully screwed in from the start, especially since the other rod was missing. 3) I wasn't expecting the brackets to come with this order (it's a pull rod after all) and that would have been a nice addition. IF statements for parentheses weren't completely different from the parentheses they actually sent. Hm?! It's easy enough to figure out how to use, but that's not the point. Product And simple glue/screw instructions are wrong to download? 4) There is a sticky residue of glue in the middle of the bar due to the way it was packaged. I rubbed it and tried to pull it off, but it didn't come off completely. If it was a few bucks I'd just shake my head and eat the bill. But it was $34.26! I'm definitely going to send this junk back quickly.
