I bought this bed for our elderly Boston Terrier who weighs about 30 pounds. She is getting too old to sleep in our bed because sometimes she hurts herself jumping down. We have this bed in our bedroom so it's close to us but close to the floor. She loved it from the moment we brought it in. She tried to turn it into a nest, but it's too big to crush. We put a towel inside so she can build a nest. Wednesday is really big. She probably didn't need it that big, but it will allow her to stretch out in the warmer months. I like that it has sides so she can warm her nose with it. Now we find her sleeping in it, not only at night but sometimes during the day as well.
