Bought these for our 6 year old who was wearing a ring to a summer wedding. He scratched them when he first tried them on and I had to use a magic marker to hide the scratches. And they seem rigid as a board. But they survived the wedding without disturbing his legs and he looked very smart. Worth the price for this event but don't expect them to hold up to everyday use.
