Bought exactly a year ago. Use only in summer to remove moisture. Worked great the first summer. 1 year later I turned it back on and all it does is ice. I've done everything that needs to be done, cleaned the filters etc. For the price of the device I would expect more than one season. Very angry UPDATE - the company apologized for the delay in replying to me. After a few emails back and forth trying to figure out what the problem was, they sent me a brand new unit, completely free! I didn't even have to send the defective block back. They have good service and support their product!
