After drying, they have completely deformed. I have ordered another batch as my negligence is mainly to blame. This time they were washed separately in the cold and dried outside the window. (Four pairs in total) No warping or deforming. This just upset me because there is no label or packaging label on the knee pads that I can remember. DO NOT wash them with hot water! That being said, these knee pads are well made for the price. They recently survived a long trek into the cave, and none of them appear to have shrunk or deformed yet. I've also used them for my job as a home electrician and they work well in basements or attics. It sits well under pants, doesn't itch, shouldn't slip much, the padding is thick.
