In some games, side-to-side movement takes precedence over up and down movement, and you will find it difficult to move up or down. The controller tells Nintendo that you're pressing sideways, even if you're pressing up or down. This will be a problem for anyone who is reasonably serious about gaming. I just bought them for a nostalgic game on a retro console. So if I lose because the controller doesn't do what I tell it to, I don't worry too much. If you are serious or trying to win the game, choose another product.
