The dress had large holes in the tulle near the waist.
The dress itself is very pretty. Bought for my daughter's birthday. Fits perfectly. She is very petite so we just used the measurements in the chart and description and everything was perfect. The material is nice material and the lace is beautiful. Looks like someone pierced the dress with scissors or a knife before shipping!
