My wife really liked this backpack at first. She's a nurse and has used it for work during the pandemic, wiping it down with a Lysol wipe after a shift. After a few weeks of use the zipper fell off and I had to straighten it and attach a zip tie to keep it from falling apart. If the seller could contact me to get a replacement?
