I bought one of these (URO parts) from a well-known German auto parts website. I take great care of my car and I know that BMW cooling systems are shoddy plastic. However, it only lasted 10,000 miles and two years before dying. As? Well, the thread holding the cap is poorly formed. So the cap doesn't really fit. I've tried caps from BMW (Reuter) and Uro Parts and none of them have put on too well. The problem got worse and after two years the coolant was leaking every day. I bought a BMW part and found it had the correct threads. So far this has been the case for several years. Be careful with Uro Parts. Some of their items are good, such as B. Metal water pump pulleys for BMWs, but I would skip this bottle if you care about your car.
