The best part about zmsend is that it allows us to add more people into our events from outside of our organization. It's also great because we don't have to worry too much about managing all those contacts ourselves. This software does take some getting used to but once you learn how to use it everything works well. We're not able to manage everyone in one place so having this tool has been helpful. I would recommend trying it out if you are looking for something simple like an email marketing solution or even just a way to schedule meetings where someone else might be doing most of the work. Managing emails and meeting invitations has gotten easier since using ZMSEND but as far as adding more people goes, I think it could still improve upon this area.
