I hope this product works well. It was anything but neatly packed in the box. The gun was turned sideways and I found a tiny air valve that I have no idea where it goes. Or even if it should be part of the pen. All small tip containers have been opened. But I think I found her lying in a box. The other box was well packed. I haven't used them yet, but I will soon. I would like to find a way to contact the company that is selling them to let them know directly. I hate saying things like that without letting them know first.
