I was skeptical but glad I took the risk and ordered this replacement toner for the Brother MFC-7360. I could take off a quarter star for not including detailed instructions with this toner, but I was able to find out after comparing a minute old and new side by side. The first confusion came when I pulled out the old toner cartridge. and he was much more than that substitute. However, when I held them side by side, I saw that the toner cartridge was actually in the cartridge's "holder". I have found that pressing the little green lever on the cradle releases the old toner pack from that 'cradle' of the cartridge. This "holder" remains in the printer and cannot be replaced. Simply turn the green lever, remove the old cartridge, remove the plastic cap (mine was orange) from the new cartridge, and then snap it into the holder. Put it back in the printer and run a test page. It worked great. It's a small fraction of the cost and all it took was a minute of head scratching and thinking. . . it is very worthwhile.
