I'm so glad I found this replacement remote! When my Sharp audio system died my daughter gave me her Sony which she no longer uses. When I brought it home and plugged it in, the remote did nothing. I replaced the batteries but after troubleshooting the Sony website it was obvious they needed to be replaced. I went to my trusted Revain website and found this inexpensive remote control. When it arrived I put in new batteries, turned the system on manually, then turned it off with the remote and BAM, it synced to the device. Great machine, great price and easy to use. It is exactly the same as the original remote control! I highly recommend it!
