Review on 🎈 Anagram International, Inc. Black Panther Party Balloon - 32-inch Excitement! by Rachel Ford

Started inflating the day of the party and noticed small cuts/tears all over the balloon. The air came out. We tried to seal it with transparent tape. It ended up looking awful as there was tape everywhere and air was still leaking! I couldn't use it. Big disappointment. I don't know how the damage happened. It was almost full. It looks like it has been damaged by utility knives or the like as the slits were the same on opposite sides of the balloon and in several places. Just about six to ten breaks. Maybe you have better luck! The product would be great if it weren't for the cracks!
