Bought this watch to keep better track of my health and to be able to show it to the doctor at the next check-up. Does a variety of readings for you. I have noticed that my heart rate drops frequently. Is it accurate? No, but it's close, and manual readings aren't always accurate either. Sleep turns off with its accuracy every now and then. I've noticed that it doesn't register every time I'm awake. I know you have to move a lot to show it, but as you can see in my photo, it was visible when I got up at 4am because of the earthquake, but not 4-5 times when I was in the middle of the night woke up. night of discomfort. He thinks I sleep well, but I end up not liking it. The clock has a very fast response time and serves you as a person. It also comes with 2 straps. I think the instructions say it's not waterproof. So when I take a shower, no reading is taken. The battery only lasts about 2 days, so that's a bit of a shame. I think none of this is a problem, but the problem is that there is no sleep time option on the watch that turns off notifications at a specific time. My phone turns off and doesn't show me any notifications, but my watch keeps buzzing and glowing. Finally, I turn off my phone every night, which is definitely not ideal. If they changed that I would be a happy camper.
