I only wear it when I go bowling. I ordered it because I liked that it was basically one size. Professional bowling shops sell products such as wristwatches that perform essentially the same function as that product. But they are a certain size and they always seemed the wrong size for me and the clear plastic part eventually broke, forcing me to buy a new one about every 6 months. The brace appears to be more durable, although not specifically designed for bowling. then similar products that you can pick up at your local store. When I first used it, I found it a bit difficult to put on. But sometimes I'm an idiot. After about 2 or 3 minutes, I realized that to get the proper fit and support you're looking for, you need to close the inner "wrist" first, then the outer. this is for long wear. but as i'm getting older i wear a compression sleeve on my arm when i bowl too. So I just wear a splint over my sleeve and don't have to worry about sweat while wearing it. Anyway I give it 5 stars because it does what I want for the way I use it. But this may not be the right product for everyone.
