I love Symphonized products. I have purchased their exceptional wired headphones many times and have often given them as gifts to family and friends. I bought these expecting the same quality as previous products and was delighted with my first pair of wireless earbuds. Initially, the sound was excellent and they were relatively comfortable. As soon as I started moving the noise would come on and off in one ear, then it would work and the other ear wouldn't. After hours of troubleshooting and wanting it to work, I just switched to my wired headphones. All in all a great product when it works. But unfortunately that is not so common.
