We go camping for a long weekend every fall where overnight lows are typically in the 30's to 40's. This year we bought these bags saying we only need them there and at home. We were pleasantly surprised to see them suck for several days when packed to the max and they are still in great condition. I'm going to use them now to store all those freshly washed blankets in the linen closet to see how long they last. I think it's important to mention that I didn't use a vacuum to seal my bags because I knew we didn't have a vacuum when we set up camp. I did all this with the hand pump on.
