This review is a good experience, but I hope the company will send me another one and everything will be fine! I love this hairstyle. It's great for curly hair and has allowed my hair to grow back after weight loss surgery because it doesn't pull it out. I've been using mine for over a year now but in April 2019 I gave it to my sister for her birthday (she has very long curly hair) and it came in the mail like in this picture. I wrote to the company, I hope they do everything right.
