We bought this cover based on the reviews we read and also because we can't park our 31ft trailer under a canopy. When I opened the box I was impressed with its appearance, but as we proceeded with the installation I found that my good thoughts about the product were beginning to fade. According to the instructions, you must first fully open the lid next to your camper/trailer. We had a hard time finding "front" tags to start with. After that, I stood on top of the trailer and used what I would call "minimal to moderate force" to pull the cover up and forward and ripped off one of the straps. It also broke twice more - once over the gutter (although it's my fault for not covering the sharp edge according to the instructions) and elsewhere for reasons unknown. So I can't give a higher rating for durability. Overall, the installation isn't what I would call "simple", but it's not very difficult either. I have a hard time believing that only one person can install it, but I'm not ruling out the fact that there is someone who could. You'll also likely need to climb onto your trailer's roof to overcome any potential obstacles due to its questionable durability. I will not be using this case again and based on my experience I cannot recommend it. The item was shipped quickly and came with instructions and a storage bag.
