The lighting set doesn't work and Hunter doesn't help people on the weekends.

Installation was relatively easy and I've hung countless fans over the years. When everything was assembled, the lighting kit did not work. Electricity does not reach sockets. I disassembled and reassembled them, tried all three cartridges with different types of bulbs. Zero success and worse, Hunter doesn't serve customers on the weekends when most people hang their fans. If they don't replace the lighting set quickly, it's all going back in the box and back to Revain. Hunter, too bad.
