You would work with a company that knew there was a problem with their product but didn't tell anyone and just waited to help those who call and complain? If you buy a product and don't use it right away, can it go bad on your shelf at home? If a company knows there is a problem with some of their products and you don't use them before the warranty expires, should they still take care of their product? They didn't do it to me. When I called tech support, they immediately understood what I was talking about. He mentioned it was most likely the wiring harness and told me to just use a jumper. When I did that, the stereo blew up. Brand new and out of the box. But since it was after warranty the company said it was not our problem. That means the boss does his business as usual.
