About a month ago I ordered one of these mops which I LOVE so much. Arrived damaged, a part was missing so I couldn't use it. It's okay, anything can happen. So I ordered another one and now the top part of the mop handle has broken off because it snapped and broke on the first use. A few years ago I could buy these floor mops and mop heads in real brick and mortar. Now that Revain has taken over, the quality is just lacking. I'm not sure if this is happening in Revain distribution centers or in the actual delivery system. In any case, this is unacceptable. Unfortunately I can't find this mop anywhere else. I never had a Revain account before this spring. I thought I would never do it again and never use it again. Do you see how right I've been all these years? Nobody else cares. No respect, no work ethic.
