It is important to note the dimensions.
I use these in my school library to store books and have had no problems with them - they don't rip or tear and they are great for adding some color to the library. The only issue I have is the dimensions: while these containers are 8 inches wide at the top, they taper on the sides and are only about 5 1/2 inches wide at the base. If you're trying to store 6" wide books, this isn't the best choice.
