Review on ๐Ÿพ Waterproof Dog Boots with Reflective Non Slip Soles for Medium to Large Dogs - Set of 4 Booties, Color: Black by Seth Singh

Easy to put on and will keep your dog's paws dry, but it's only a matter of wear and tear

We are very happy with it. We wanted the boots to protect our 40kg dog's paws from the salt used when there is ice or snow outside. They are very easy to put on by opening them, inserting the dog's paw, and then firmly attaching two Velcro straps (one straight, the other through the loop). If I put them on, they stay intact for a 20 minute walk. Sometimes when my wife puts them on, one of them comes off because she doesn't put them on tight enough. They keep the dog's paws dry and naturally protect them from salt. She seems to walk well in it as she can go up and down stairs, walk and run on sidewalks, grass and snow. The boots also have soles on the bottom so they are not just a shell but more like a shoe. We tried elastics (which look like balloons) but they were problematic because they were harder to put on. (it takes two hands to open the elastic hole wide enough to fit on the dog's paw) and her claws pierced her. These seem much better. My only complaint (and the reason for the star deduction) is that they don't wear very well. We've had them for a few weeks now and the soles are almost frayed and the boots are worn. We definitely need a new pair for next winter. We hope that they will last until the end of this winter (it is not known exactly). UPDATE 2/4/2018: I still love my dog boots, but my concerns about durability have been proven right. I just had to order a new set of boots. The Velcro on one stopped sticking, the soles were so careful that pieces of them came off, and in general they just fell apart. So again a really good product but looks like it will take two sets to get you through the winter.
