Review on Harmony Tree Collections Gift Friend by Melissa Hart

I ordered this frame on Tuesday 5th May not sure if it will be delivered by Mother's Day. Delivered on Thursday 7th May. On Friday I opened the box to put a photo for my mother and found the glass was broken. I contacted Harmony Tree Collections support on Friday. They gave me several options to choose from to get a refund or a replacement. I asked for a frame replacement and it was only delivered 2 days later on Sunday 10th May. So in less than 6 days I ordered this gift, ran into a problem, contacted them for help and received a replacement. Amazing customer service. Now for the frame itself, it's very well made, I would recommend it to anyone and it's amazing. I used a very candid photo of me and my mom from my wedding and she loved it. I will remove the broken glass from the first one and use it in my house. You will not regret if you buy this!
